Campaign Settings
When creating a campaign, there are several settings you will want to be aware of.
Form Settings
- Include an Opt-In Box - Advocates can opt out of providing you with their personal information. The action is still recorded, but their personal details are redacted.
- Phone Field required - In order to ensure deliveries, US national level campaigns require messages delivered from OCP on the behalf of your advocates to include the advocate's Phone Number.
- This requirement can be modified, until you assign targets to the campaign. If you assign targets that require a Phone Field, it will default to ON.
- Make Prefix Required - Similar to the Phone Field requirement rules, the rules and guidelines for messaging Congress require a prefix for delivery to US targets. For custom targets, you are allowed to turn this setting off.
- Kiosk Mode - Clears the form each time it is loaded. This is so you may attend a conference and put a kiosk out for people to engage in communication.
- OneClick Echo
- Standard OneClick Echo - When turned on, advocates signing your widget will have the ability to opt-in to having their message sent to the designated target(s) a 2nd time as a "Follow Up" after a 72-hr waiting period. The waiting period is required by US Congress.
- Premium OneClick Echo - When turned on, advocates signing your widget automatically have their message sent to the designated target(s) a 2nd time as a "Follow Up" after a 72-hr waiting period. The waiting period is required by US Congress.
