Assigning Permissions

1. As the admin, navigate using the left panel to – Roles & Permissions.
2. Here you can add a new Role by clicking “+ Add Role”
3. Here you can select the permissions you want to assign to that specific role.

The Roles

Campaigns - This allows a user to manage all campaign resources. Editing campaigns, changing campaign targets, layout etc. Everything campaign related. 

Analytics - This allows people to see and download metrics from the analytics dashboard.

Email Blasts - This is the user who can connect to our email system to email their advocates.

Twilio - 

Users - This user can manage user resources only

Private Roles - This user can assign and configure private roles

Custom Groups - This user can manage custom groups

Promoter - Can manage all promoter related activities

API Access - This is for individuals who want to access our API and work without system behind the screen.  

Assign the role to a user

Inside the User List on the left nav bar. You can click on the user in question. The screen will change and allow you to add Roles to that specific user.
